You Don’t Have To Break The Bank To Make It Look “Money”

This formal living room design is a steal at less than $3000 for the entire room.  Anyone who has purchased custom upholstery knows how expensive fabric can be.  I always advise my clients to keep the foundation (large items such as sofas and window treatments) neutral.  Then you can update your color and style with art and accessories, without having to replace the more expensive items.  I’m also a huge fan of pillows.  You can completely change the style and color with adding new pillows.  This formal living room design is neutral which lends to its elegance and versatility.  If you want more color, simply change up the pillows and artwork.  This room is a touch of fancy without being stuffy.  The design is perfect for my casual clients who want a formal space to impress their friends when entertaining.
